That Status section gives you a broad over view of what is going wrong or right with your scenario. It also lets you dig into sections to see what is happening.

As you can see in the above image, the Summary gives you a borad look at the scenario, shoing you what is present, what's missing and where problems can exist. Green is good, Yellow is a warning and Red is critical. The Sections, just detail the different parts of the summary in more detail.
Sometimes you may want to have some yellow, if your doing tricks to the engine, you may have items without images, or weaposnw without projectiles. Yellow is just a warning for a general guideline. Only Red items are critical and will prevent a game from working.
